# Activity Leaderboard

> View and compare staff activity across each activity wave.

***

## What is the Activity Leaderboard?

The Activity Leaderboard ranks staff by how much time they spent online during an activity wave. It also shows whether each member met the required hours.

Use it to track engagement, spot inactive staff and review wave results.

***

## How the Leaderboard Works

The leaderboard shows the current wave, or any wave you pick. Each member is listed with their activity time, role and requirement status: met if they reached the required hours, failed if they didn't.

New activity can take a few minutes to show up on the leaderboard.
