# Weather and Time Sync

> Match your ER:LC server's weather and time to a real-world city.

## What is Weather and Time Sync?

Weather and Time Sync matches your ER:LC server's weather and time to a real-world city. You can sync the weather, the time or both.

## How to Use Weather and Time Sync

Find **Weather & Time Sync** on the **ER:LC Integration → API** page, below **Automated Messages**.

### Configuration Options

| Setting | Description |
| - | - |
| City Name | The real-world city to sync with. Melonly checks the name as you type and shows "Sync game to city:" with the city and region when it's valid. |
| Sync Weather | Matches in-game weather, such as rain, fog or clear skies, to the city. Shown once a valid city is set. |
| Sync Time | Matches the in-game time to the city's local time. Shown once a valid city is set. |

Melonly updates your server every 5 minutes while at least one player is in game.
