## What are Infractions?

Infractions are a disciplinary system for your staff team. You can issue warnings, strikes, suspensions and terminations, and each one is kept on the member's record.

## How Do Infractions Benefit My Server?

Infractions help you enforce rules fairly. You can automate punishments, track behavior over time and let staff appeal decisions, which means less manual work and a more accountable team.
