> View past and completed LOAs for record keeping and investigations.

## What is LOA History?

The **History** page shows every completed LOA for your staff team. Search by staff member to review past LOAs and their full details.

Use it to spot patterns, check past leave and keep accurate records.

## Searching LOA History

Pick a staff member to filter the history to their LOAs.

You can quickly find:

* Past LOA submissions
* Reasons for leave
* Approval details
* Durations and end dates

## Completed LOAs

Completed LOAs show in the history list with the status ENDED. Each one shows:

* Staff member
* Reason for leave
* Status
* Submission date
* End date
